Lady Di,

Quite the blog you got going ...! Let me know when you get to an extra spicy and sexy golf novel about hookers that PeePa and I can both enjoy ...! Also, I was going to mention a book that Donna read just yesterday (yep, lounging at the pool all day, with nothing better to do) but our dog, Sheena, chewed up the book early this morning for breakfast.

Cheers, Harry

Di,

Great review. I have it on my " To read " list. I think the populars are still popular regardless of whether the unpopulars like them or not, by virtue of being watched by everyone else. But your take on popularity is something to ponder and a great excuse for another glass of vin. Cheers !

You are truly amazing and I'm so blessed to have you as a sister. Love you - LC

Hey Di,
Out of town on business....no wonder you guys have been able to stay together. Happy Anniversary.

What I've Been Reading Lately

  • Manchild in the Promised Land lost me about 2/3 of the way through. So I'm on to this recommendation from JoAnn. I may return to Manchild, but I think I need a quick read right now.

  • I'm very excited to read this book recommended by Debbie Ellman and enthusiastically confirmed by my BF Amy!

  • This recommendation came from...well, I saw a woman so immersed (pun intended) in it that she was reading it IN the pool at a hotel I was staying at. This was later confirmed by a bookseller at an independent bookstore (of course) in Sarasota.

  • How could this have sat on my shelf for so long without screaming, "Read me!" and jumping into my waiting arms?

  • Sent by a publisher for my review. LOVED IT!!!!!
